Roast kitchen is a walkin kind of place to eat in NYC. There are a few locations within NYC. The food is fresh and cooked right in front of you as you are on the line. There is a menu for what is already made bowls and then you can also create your own. The hostess takes your Order while on line. The line moved fairly quickly, although one might be overwhelmed when seeing the line from outside. Once online you’re asked for your ingredients and other additions you would like to add. All done in front of you on a cook line . The food is fresh , organic and delicious. I got the ginger bowl and loved it !! This is a must try place on my many places to find in NYC !!! 👌🏼❤️🙌🏼
