What is the role of a Leader?

I have come across many bosses working in different companies and dealing with many people of high positions. The thing about work and business is that anyone can be a boss, but that is not what we need in a stable, healthy company environment. The truth is that we need a leader, not a boss. As Entrepreneurs, we need to have a great grasp at this state of being. What is a leader? What is a leader’s goal?

Having to run few companies myself this is what I have come down to:

Affordable Vegan Goodies, alternative to Leather

I have a great love for leather goods and all fashionistas do, but lately that is all coming to my consciousness, as I have seen how leather is actually processed. I will not go into the whole ordeal of the disgusting practices taking place throughout this world for how our leather goods are made. If you are interested, go on Instagram or google how leather is processed, you will forever be changed.

Many high-end brands are turning away from fur and real leather. We have great alternatives to these original products. If something is done a humane way, I would support it. Any act done in a tortuous form is against what I stand for. The fabrics, threads, and alternatives to real leather and fur is amazing. They look and feel the same!
